Project Administrator / Operations Manager

U.S. Operations Project Administrator

Key Accountabilites
On Site preparation - packing, printing of badges, printing and collation of welcome packs, ordering on site cash/car pick ups, covering for team in terms of phone messages etc whilst they are on site.
Stationery supplies - ordering weekly, assessing requirements prior to members of team going on site
Archive Management
Maintenance of standardized documents in relevant directory
Operations Managers Diary Management to include: Scheduling of 1:2:1 meetings and scheduling of Review Meetings
Operations Managers Whereabouts / Phone administration for freelancers etc, voicemail checking for team etc
Team Movements administration to include: Staffing Holiday logging, Lieu Day Logging
Work Schedule Updating & Timelog reports for Operations Managers
Assist team with project related administration activities - such as mailings via post and/or e-mail, collation of follow up from mailings etc, follow up of invoices post meeting to assist with reconciliation process
Reception Cover; Might involve holiday/sickness cover as required.
Assist other groups if required to fit in around team duties - comm ops, Operational Teams 1 & 3
