We provide Program Effectiveness solutions in four primary areas: Enterprise Program Management - Assess client needs/capabilities, provide tools/methodologies and guidance to establish or improve client program management organizations
Program Management Office - Provide program planning, scoping, dependency/risk management, resources deployment, quality control and reporting
Program Strategy, Governance and Management - Provide advice/oversight to client in evaluation of program alternatives and assist in structuring a plan and mobilizing resources to deliver results
Project Assurance - Assess risk through evaluation of programs and provide recommendations for program effectivenessQualified candidates should have a background in program management as well as finance, accounting, auditing, internal controls or risk management. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in teams of client, PwC and other third party professionals. Senior Associates will deliver projects and services to our clients on a regional, national and/or global business scale.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, industrial engineering or financial engineering; masters degree in business administration or finance optionalEssential Requirements:
The primary responsibilities/expectations for Senior Associates to deliver Program Effectiveness solutions may include but are not be limited to:Business Development Assist in proposal opportunities for program management engagements, researching and drafting sections of proposals, developing pricing strategies and participating in sales meetings where appropriate Identify opportunities to drive more extensive engagement opportunities/growth Develop and leverage strong relationships/networking with client and PwC resources across all of the Firm's Lines of Service Develop practice marketing materials and deliver presentations as required to internal and external audiences regarding our services
Develop/Deliver Participate in the development of detailed program plans (work breakdown structures, phases, resources, scheduling, and dependencies) Lead work streams and coordinate resources within large complex program management engagements Advise clients on the best course of action while considering cost, effort, risk and potential outcomes Assess effectiveness of program plans and realign efforts to meet established program objectives Exhibit attention to detail in producing and reviewing deliverables, including program related guidance and standards, progress/status reports and working papers Facilitate program status reporting with management (progress, risks, issues and solutions) Manage schedules, effectively distributing time and effort across multiple work streams or multiple engagements Maintain engagement economics, including hours/fees collection and tracking, budgeting, billing, collections Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or other related program planning tools
People Delegate work to junior staff members, maintaining accountability for program objectives Instruct new team members/interns so that objectives of the program are known and workload is properly distributed (effective allocation of tasks) Administer training to PwC staff for program management functions
Previous Experience3 - 6 years of progressive consulting experience in at least 3 of the following areas: project management, change management, financial management, accounting, risk management, process improvementCore Capabilities PMP Certification (preferred) Quality client service Communicate with impact Teamwork and leadership Developing self and others Innovation Flexibility Analytical thinking Business acumen
