Responsible for supporting and maintaining the production environments of FastFinance as a Problem Manager and Release Manager to resolve production related issues. He/She makes sure the production environments are functioning and in turn collects, labels, and organizes software release of production resolutions and submits them to the Change management group.
Manages at team of Production Support Analysts.
Manages the problem ticket queue.
Manages the customer relationships with the business, operations, Product management.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical:
Oracle SQL, PLSQL, Designer, Reports, 9iAS, 10g.
HTML, Javascript, Java.
Experience:
3-5 years in a production support role.
2-3 years managing a staff.
