Job Description for the Product Manager:
Responsible for the Albridge platform including the Wealth Reporting Solution, Replicated Data and other services provided to all AEFC broker/dealers and advisors
Work with operational, compliance and marketing units of the firm to maintain and ensure positive advisor experience across Albridge platform
Resource for network of 500 advisors to expand adoption of platform and support current business
Responsible for managing relationship with vendor including enhancements, communications, and data clean-up
Manage the rollout of new capabilities or enhancements including Sales Materials, Training and Communications to advisors.
Maintain all contracts, documentation and database information for new and existing capabilities.
Complete comparative analysis with Albridge and Advent platforms.
Work with senior management and affiliates to determine proper positioning of tools and resources related to Albridge
Liaison with advisors in the field to understand requests for new capabilities to be added to the Albridge platform.
REQUIREMENTS
Position Requirements for the Product Manager:
5 years financial services experience; experience in marketing and platform adoption and technical business analysis
Product knowledge in Fee Based Platforms required
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Team player who possesses great initiative, excellent judgment and knows how to provide indispensable service
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
4 year business degree preferred
Series 7 & 65 or 66 licenses preferred
Experience with Advent and other financial planning software a plus
