Product Development Liaison!

Solid, financially stable 60-year-old company based in Minneapolis is experiencing significant growth due to acquisitions, new technology and the expansion into Internet-based services. This company is an expert at moving money – they process more than 775 million payment transactions each year – with a total value of nearly $120 billion. They serve 5,000 financial institutions and 45,000 retail outlets across the country.Our client has re-vitalized and newly defined this position, and is looking for a Product Support Manager to provide ownership to all operational support processes required to successfully develop, deploy and manage the Pay by Suite bill payment products.You’ll have many responsibilities including acting as business support owner for all product development initiatives, Project Management of cross-functional organizational readiness activities to ensure successful launches, Project Process Management, and partnering with Product Manager to effectively communicate issues and priorities of the cross-functional support team, build market knowledge, and understanding of PBS project roadmap to build alignment among support teams.
REQUIREMENTS
Must Haves:
*Bachelor Degree Required
* 5+ years demonstrated process planning, business requirement ID, project management or related experience.
* Bill Payment (on-line or retail) experience preferred.
* ACH payments and/or credit/debit card experience preferred.
* Project Management Skills (ability to create and execute project plans and to manage multiple projects simultaneously, etc.)
* Communication Skills (balance and tact!)
* Technical Skills (ability to discuss detailed technical requirements, intermediate to advanced PC skills in Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Project and experience developing PS/SQL, MS Access or Oracle based queries/reports.)
* Process Skills (analytical skills, business knowledge, business process improvement knowledge, etc.)
* Financial Skills (ability to interpret and measure the financial impact of processes and procedures to P&L.)
