Processing Associate

Overview: This position consists of various data-entry responsibilities in working with the Shareholder database. It includes processing Exchanges, Fid Exchanges, Transfers, SPA accounts, Invest Eds, Qualified Plans and miscellaneous Maintenance, Redemptions and Purchases. Individuals will review each request for required signatures, legal documents, and the clarity of the request, previous transactions, other accounts and additional requirements necessary by account time. Individuals will determine further action of additional review or necessary processing. Responsibilities include:

Completing the request
Suspending any multiple day transaction
Cloning any specialized transactions to the appropriate department
Correctly batching work completed
Reviewing all work for accuracy
Processing correctly any errors as necessary including canceling and rebooking
Following up on personal Queue items suspended or returned from Quality
REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in DST’s, TA2000, 3270, and AWD systems
Previous processing experience is preferred
Strong attention-to-detail
Quality conscious in work performance
Must be flexible
Basic Computer, Office & writing skills
Data-Entry Alpha-Numeric
Willing to work overtime at short notice (1-2 hours
