Privacy Compliance Manager

Perform regular monitoring, tracking and reporting on all privacy initiatives and department projects.
Assist in implementation and maintenance of consumer privacy policies and practices globally.
Direct projects with strict deadlines from inception to completion.
Create and maintain process flows and documentation for all federal/state privacy requirements across the enterprise.
Assist in development of policies, training and other communications regarding consumer notification requirements.
Interface with business unit to provide project support, draft client communications, schedule training sessions.
Proactively identify and document security breach incidents that require consumer notice; work closely with Information Security and Law Division to recommend strategies sand controls towards remediation of identified gaps.
Coordinate and/or participate on special projects, taskforces related to privacy and information security.Skills Required
Strong project management skills to direct projects with strict deadlines.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Advanced PC and software skills.
5+ years experience in investigations, audit, compliance, business process improvement or other related fields.
Knowledge of privacy, information security and security
breach notification laws/regulations.Skills Desired
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management or other related subject.
