We are currently seeking Pricing and Commissions Coordinator that will maintain company pricing, broker contracts and commissions, and trade promotion planning and settlement activity.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Maintains SAP list pricing, including trade allowances and accruals as established by the Sales department.

Maintains SAP customer-specific pricing as communicated by Field Sales via price forms and/or Gelco events.

Resolves order-related pricing discrepancies by consulting with Field Sales and Brokers.

Maintains updated broker contracts and oversees the inflow and outflow of the hardcopies.

Maintains SAP commissions structure.

Settles commissions each accounting period.

Researches broker commission claims, including split payments, and adjusts payments as necessary after consulting with supervisor.

Calculates Quarterly and Annual rebates and provides documentation to Field Sales.

Researches pricing deductions for validity and endorses valid/non-valid position.

Maintains accurate and orderly electronic and hardcopy files.

Runs daily commission report to identify any under or over accruals and proactively resolves.

Runs weekly Gelco reports to be used as input for SAP pricing and promotions.

REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:

Knowledge
High school diploma
1-3 years pricing and/or deductions experience
Knowledge of coordinating functions such as planning and organizing
3-5 years experience in business environment recommended
Associate degree in business or related field desired

Skills
High Concern for detail and accuracy.
Must be independent worker who demonstrates commitment to task by meeting deadlines and awareness to urgency by prioritization.
Ability to utilize a personal computer within a LAN environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Explorer.
Must demonstrate ability to analyze problems and make decisions to initiate corrective action or resolution.
Able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties in a clear, concise, and friendly manner, including the preparation of written business communications that are free of spelling and/or grammatical error and utilize acceptable business communication standards for format and content.
