Portfolio/Financial Analyst

Lillibridge Healthcare Services, one of the nation's leading healthcare real estate companies is seeking a Portfolio Analyst for the Portfolio Management Group located in the Chicago corporate office.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare monthly financial summary for portfolio of properties.Review of monthly financial property reports prepared by property management.Tracking, gathering, analyzing and assisting in preparation of annual budgets and related documents.Review of property reforecasts.Assist in the review of annual expense reconciliations and timing of sending out tenant letters.Maintenance of property ARGUS files and annual property valuations.Review of net effective rent lease calculations and leasing-related information.Assist/participation in preparation of quarterly Fund and client meetings.Monitor capital projects specific to timing of completion and tracking costs.Special project support for the Portfolio Management Group from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS
2-5 years experience within real estate industry.Understanding of general finance, accounting, and leasing of commercial real estate. Proficiency in ARGUS.Extensive Excel spreadsheet / modeling skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Self-starter with good follow-up.BA or BS degree in business, finance or real estate, advance degree a plus.Some travel required.
