Personal Banker

Essential Job Functions:Sells new bank products and services to new clientsCross sells and refers bank products and services to existing clients to expand relationshipPrepares loan packages for approval including basic underwriting, complying with loan regulations and policies and closing the loanPerform expanded customer service dutiesEnsures BSA Compliance
Core Competencies:Good computer skillsKnowledge of bank products, services and policiesExcellent selling skills of financial products a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem solving and customer service skillsProfessional image; Experience preferred, but will train the right individualEducation & Experience:High school diploma required, college degree preferred2 + years personal banking or similar experience requiredWork Schedule: Full-time, Non-exempt position working weekdays during normal business hoursEOE/M/F/D/V
