Performance Tester

One of the leading brokerage companies in Omaha, NE is looking for multiple Performance Tester in Mercury Tools like Load Runner with Test Director Experience

Salary: Very Attractive salary ($65,000-$75,000) with full benefits will be paid for the right candidate.

Job Info: Create, analyze, and execute performance testing requirements including the development of test plans and automated scripts.
Develop and execute performance test scripts and scenarios.
Compile and analyze output from performance and capacity tests to produce reports of testing results.
Create specifications for test data/test environment; configure/setup test environments Utilize defect tracking system and generate bug reports.
Perform problem solving analysis and root cause for system functionality challenges.
Support and provide value added inputs in evolving QA team, including improving processes, procedures, and standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's in Computer Science or other technical related degree 2 to 3 years of Load Runner or equivalent performance testing toolset. Test Director Experience a plus 3 Years of QA Test experience, working in a multi-platform, multi-release, distributed development environment.
Experience with testing of web-based applications; knowledge of UNIX commands, knowledge of SQL (Oracle); ability to query and update database tables
