Performance Improvement Specialist

Develop, support, and maintain performance improvement systems, including, but not limited to, clinical records software, performance measurement applications, business analytics, and organizational databases. Assist in ensuring overall quality, effectiveness, and trouble-free deployment of business systems projects on time and within budget. Train application end-users or local experts either directly or via development of training materials through consultation with Youth Villagesâ?? instructional design technologist.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelorâ??s is required. A Bachelorâ??s in Management of Information Systems is preferredKey Tasks and Responsibilities (listed in order of importance.)1.Design and implement information collection systems (e.g. clinical records software, scorecard application, etc.) to meet organizational compliance and performance improvement goals (35%)2.Develop information systems to match workflow process and meet changing regulatory guidelines (25%)
3.Assist in performing compliance gap analyses and developing technical corrective action plans as required (10%)4.Coordinate intra-disciplinary team meetings to brain-storm, test, and evaluate effectiveness of developed solutions (10%)5.Deliver end-user or local expert training on application usage and other relevant performance improvement subject matter (5%)6.Research, evaluate, install, and configure products to address departmental goals as needed (5%)7.Assist departmental team to manage project planning and monitor project budgets (5%)8.Provide user support for departmental programs and applications (5%)
