Performance Improvement Coordinator

Cornell Companies, a leader in the juvenile justice field, is seeking qualified candidates for the Performance Improvement Coordinator position in our facility located in Wilkinsburg, PA (Pittsburgh area). This facility is a residential treatment program for adolescent females with chemical dependency and/or behavioral health issues.

This is a professional position that ensures that the facility practices conform to applicable accrediting, regulatory and licensing standards, as well as current recognized practices in the adolescent residential treatment field. Applicants for this position:

Must have knowledge of program/systems management.

Must have knowledge of the principles and practices related to the treatment of juveniles with multiple issues (i.e. behavioral health, drug and alcohol, family issues, etc.)

Must have knowledge of applicable licensing and accreditation standards as related to program (i.e. DPW 3800 regs., DDAPL, and JACHO accreditation.)
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS in related field and minimum three years progressive experience and knowledge in programs/systems management, marketing and the application of clinical services in the human services field, or
MA/MS in related field and minimum two years related experience in the areas of programs/systems management, marketing and the application of clinical services in the human services field, or
Certified Addictions Counselor with five-six years progressive supervisory experience and knowledge in programs/systems management, marketing and the application of clinical services in the human services field.
Must be at least 21 years of age and have valid driver's license. Act 33/34. Pre-employment drug screening required.
