This position will handle the day-to-day problem resolution, project management, and expense control related to consumer payments.Responsibilities:Day to day responsibilities include reconciliation and audit of Walgreens credit and debit card settlements. The Payments Analyst is responsible for monitoring the marketplace for new forms of payment, analyzing their potential at Walgreens, and managing their implementation. This position also supports Walgreens stores in resolving customer complaints related to consumer payments.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or other related field. Proven customer service and project management skills. Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel , MS Access, and familiar with transferring large volumes of data between programs; willingness to learn new software is a must.
