Part Time Outbound Bilingual Sales Specialists

Beaverton Financial Company has openings for Part Time Bilingual Outbound Sales Specialists. Hours per week will be a total of 24. The regular Schedule is as follows: 4:30-8:30pm M-F (4 nights a week), Saturdays 8am-5pm

Position Description: Responsible for receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls with the objective of extending contact to sell new or additional products and/or services. Incumbents sell to prospective customers using either pre-established leads or leads sourced by incumbents. Informs customers of company's current promotions and products. Requires extensive knowledge of company, products, and/or services. May require advanced problem solving and/or sophisticated sales techniques. Incumbent may act as a liaison between various departments and customer to reach sales conclusion with the customer.

Minimum Qualifications - High volume phone experience, 1-3 years previous sales experience and customer service experience preferably in Home Mortgage or Equity environment. Proven ability to operate PC in a Window based environment in a fast paced setting. Good organization and interpersonal skills, attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills - Previous Home Mortgage or Equity experience in a call center environment.
**Skills to Target: sales experience, can think on their feet, natural ability to handle situations, genuine, working with current customers so we are not cold calling, know they will be "bothering" people at "dinner time" and feel comfortable with that, comfortable with customers and initiating conversation.

There will be three weeks training Monday through Friday. Hours will vary from regular work shift and will be announced at a later date. These are long term temporary assignments. Apply today!
