PROPERTY MANAGER
Are you a high energy person looking for a great place to work? Mars Equities is looking for you! Can you solve tenant issues, abstract leases and prepare budgets? Can you track key dates, prepare documentation for renewals, terminations and extensions?
Job responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly reports to upper management or third parties
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets for every property/entity
- Review & approve common area maintenance reconciliations & RE tax reconciliations
- Prepare lease abstracts
- Code invoices
- Assist in the bidding process for service contracts
- Update numerous reports, lease expiration, rent roll, vacancy list, tenant files, etc.
- Complete commission forms for new leases or renewals
- Help in getting our new software up and running
- Monitor RE taxes for each property for increases
- Assist in overseeing maintenance staff, including billing their hours to appropriate properties
- Investigate & resolve all tenant complaints & be proactive in solving problems
