Operations Manager

PMI, a leader in the staffing industry, is seeking the ideal candidate to effectively manage client service activities of the assigned area to ensure the continued growth of PMI. Ensuring continued profitable sales growth, cost management, associate development and management of workers compensation costs is critical for success.
REQUIREMENTS
We prefer candidates with previous staffing industry experience, a 4-year degree and the ability to:
- Culitvate relationships within the business community.
- Use independent judgement to solve problems
- Communicate effectively (verbal and written)
- Collaborate with internal departments and operational resources to effectively address issues.
- Work under stress, interruptions and tight deadlines
- Foster a team atmosphere
