Old Merchants is expanding and is immediately looking for an additional 25 loan officers.
Old Merchants Mortgage Bankers is one of the fastest growing mortgage banks in the country. As a direct lender, Old Merchants is able to operate with pricing leverage not available to mortgage brokers, deliver better rates and earn higher commissions. Old Merchants offers loan products for Sub-Prime, Alt-A, Jumbo and Conforming borrowers.
WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT:
No cold calling Originating residential and commercial real estate loans Respond to ad calls from direct mail and print advertising
WHAT IS REQUIRED OF YOU:
No experience required - we offer a comprehensive 30 day training program in house. You can be successful without prior loan experience. Seriously, you do not need previous experience - just a motivated attitude and willingness to learn.
True story: A young man at the age of 20, who's job six months ago was to deliver the NY Post, started working at Old Merchants without prior experience. He completed our training program and earned over $14,000 in the month of January. Lately, he spends his days taking ad calls from our advertisement in that same paper.
