Prepares business, strategic, financial analysis for senior management, primarily CFO and CEO. Assists in developing, implementing and driving the financial planning process for division's budgets, quarterly estimates and strategic outlook. Serve as a financial liaison/challenger between various operating deparments and P&DS functions supporting business/financial decisions. Perform ad hoc analyses as requested by management, identifying opportunities, risks, exposures, trends, etc.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Finance or Accounting. MBA preferred. 4-6 years relevant financial experience. Proficiency in personal computers and related software i.e., Powerpoint, Excel a must. Knowledge of SAP R3 and TM1 a plus. Ability to adapt to changing priorities based on senior management's needs/requirements. Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and function independently. Team player, professional, strong customer focus. Be able to effectively deal with all levels of management.
