Marketing Manager - Performance

Develop and present extensive marketing plans and budgets including direct mail, broadcast faxing, email, advertising, web-sites and public relations
Research industries and lists; procure lists for campaign and monitor their effectiveness
Develop, promote and manage special promotional projects, including developing brand marketing strategy for portfolio
Execute Plans and Strategy
Coordinate development of brochures, web and print advertisements, registration forms and other promotional pieces, including copywriting and working with graphic design team, show team, partners and vendors.
Implement marketing plans through extensive vendor contact (mail house, fulfillment house, broadcast email companies, list brokers, consultants, etc.)
Implement public relations campaign including, writing press releases, developing and maintaining press list and establishing press contacts
Work with website vendor to develop show site, including copywriting, developing site map, and overseeing all marketing-specific pages
Track all promotional efforts, including costs and weekly trending of attendance and exhibitor sales
Analyze Results
Reconcile all marketing spending post-show with finance department
Clean and analyze demographic data provided by registration vendor
Oversee implementation of post-show statistical ROI analysis of marketing plan
Interpret analysis and perform industry research to improve future marketing efforts
Survey audience and compile results
Conduct exhibitor plan analysis with Group Show Director using template

Other duties as assignedMinimum 5 years direct marketing experience
Good organizational and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate: MS Office, Goldmine or other CRM database
Professional demeanor
Tradeshow experience, a plus
