Marketing-Director, Hispanic Markets-Financial

Well established financial services firm is seeking a marketing professional with thorough understanding of marketing to Hispanic markets. Candidate we seek must have experience in financial services and a solid record of marketing to Hispanic markets. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, overseeing and evaluating marketing initiatives from beginning to end and will serve as the Hispanic marketing expert for the company’s multicultural marketing department. This person must be fluently bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities will include:

•Development of detailed marketing plans.
•Managing of initiatives to increase Hispanic sales results.
•Work with other internal groups to enhance company’s visibility in Hispanic communities.
•Coordinate Hispanic community and industry public relations events and communications.
•Develop marketing initiatives through associations.
•Research and analyze consumer needs, trends and buying patterns.
•Track and report progress of Hispanic marketing initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities:

•5+ years experience in financial services/insurance marketing.
•Thorough knowledge of Hispanic markets.
•Affiliation with Hispanic community and organizations.
•Analysis, research and planning skills.
•Familiarity with a wide variety of marketing tactics.
•Project management and tracking skills.
•Ability to work in a team.
•Ability to work on multiple projects.
•Strong written, verbal & presentation skills.
•Fluency in English and Spanish is a MUST.
•BA Degree, MBA preferred
•Ability to travel
