Marketing Director
Liberty Home Lending is an independent mortgage lending firm that was established in 1993. Liberty Home Lending specializes in affiliated business agreements with builders and developers to accomplish sales, origination and servicing of residential mortgage loans.
The Marketing Director will work closely with Sales Staff, Developer/Builder and Executive Management to analyze, evaluate, develop, implement and lead overall marketing strategies for Liberty Home Lending.
The candidate will directly or indirectly manage areas of Marketing Communications including: Graphics, Advertising, Copywriting, E-Marketing, Public Relations, Media Production, Grand Opening Events Set Up and New On-Site Office Set Up.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and implement creative, high impact marketing campaigns and programs with an emphasis on customer retention and new business development.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and corporate branding strategy.
Oversee the development and implementation of all marketing and support materials which include online strategies, collateral tools, and creative agency outsourcing as appropriate.
Oversee the procurement, compliance and cost effectiveness of Company’s marketing programs including print materials, direct mailing campaign, marketing premiums/giveaways, clothing, and local advertising.
Management of the marketing budget as it relates to marketing programs.
Motivate and lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute segmented programs, including test, design, training, scripting, and internal communications, to meet sales objectives.
Provide essential written content and/or editing of contributed content in visual and print media collaterals
Develop consensus around objectives, strategy, tactical steps, and accountabilities for successful implementation, as well as back-end reporting and analysis.
Take leadership role in establishing processes and standardizing marketing collateral materials.
Provide creative direction to graphic designers to develop text and graphics for marketing and promotional materials in both print and electronic formats.
Manage all activities related to Grand Opening Events and New on-site office set up.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
10 years of progressive marketing experience with at least 2 years of industry experience.
BA in marketing, communications or business administration. MBA a plus.
Exceptional partnership skills, ability to listen, persuade and mend relationships
Comfort with various programs including Microsoft Office
Proven ability to assess and manage creative and marketing approaches
Awareness of industry practices, preferably with a good marketing or industry network
Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels; preference for leading strategic course
Team Player with an ability to adapt to change
Superior verbal and written communication skills as well as copy writing skills
Creative mind-set with strategic focus
Outstanding organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Able to take a company-wide perspective when resolving issues with internal teams and customers
Bilingual a plus
Results-oriented, organized marketing professional with a proven ability to design, implement and manage a multitude of campaign and event-related projects.
Effective judgment; history of making decisions with limited time and information based on priorities.
Strategic thinker with excellent presentation, oral and written communications skills.
