Manager of Finance

Business & Decision has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Professional to manage our G/L, A/P, A/R, Collection / Billing, Cash Forecasting, and Finanical Reporting functions for our North American Operations based in Wayne, PA.

This individual will be responsible for the following:

Creating, documenting, and implementing internal controls
Assessing current financial systems and proposing alternatives
Participating among cross-functional teams in project related to understsanding and improving the business and financial performance of the company
Creating variance reporting and using analytical tools to identify significant changes form expected results
Providing ongoing support to the CFO

REQUIREMENTS


Qualified individuals will possess the following:

BS / BA in Accouting
Understanding of GAAP finaicial reporting
Ability to manage billing, A/P, and collections
Minimum of 5 years experience in Accounting
Strong leadership skills
Excellent PC skills in Windows-based envoironment
Knowledge of Quick Books
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment is necessary
Ability to manage multiple projects
CPA is a plus
Experience working in a professional services industry is a plus
