Manager of External Reporting/Technical Research

Responsibilities: Kforce is seeking a Manager to ensure our client's company's compliance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Securities and Exchange Commission rules and regulations as well as ensure a high level of quality in the company's implementation and maintenance of reporting infrastructure. The Manager will improve the control environment surrounding global consolidations to enhance financial reporting. This position will support the preparation of financial reports and statements to be distributed to external and internal constituencies. Duties include; provide technical accounting consultation and support to internal constituents regarding US GAAP and practical implementation thereof, assist in the development and maintenance as well as the monitoring of the company's finance and accounting policies and procedures to ensure that disclosure controls and procedures are properly designed and functioning, support the preparation of all SEC filings to include Forms 10-K and 10-Q as well as Registration Statements and Proxy Statements, support monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes, support the company's documentation of its processes and procedures related to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and related SEC and exchange rules and regulations.If you are not a local candidate but are relocating, please inform me of your arrangements (i.e., date and city/state you are relocating to).Kforce (NASDAQ: KFRC) is a full-service specialty staffing firm providing flexible and permanent staffing solutions for organizations and career management for individuals in the specialty skill areas of information technology, finance & accounting, human resources, engineering, pharmaceutical, health care and scientific.
