Travel: MinimalTo support our SEC/External Reporting Department, we are seeking a Manager of External Reporting in the preparation of all SEC filings and all other external reporting requirements.Responsibilities:
Support the financial SEC reporting process by assisting in the preparation of external financial statements and disclosures for 1933 and 1934 Act filings, including from 10-Ks, 10Qs, S-8s and 8-Ks.

Coordinate with external auditors, company legal counsel, external legal counsel, accounting, and executive management.

Research and document complicated GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

Assist with application of accounting pronouncements, which may include pro forma presentations.

Participate in disclosure committee meetings.

Develop, monitor and maintain SEC compliance programs required under the Sarbanes- Oxley Act.Minimum Requirements:

BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting required with 5+ years of experience
CPA required.

At least 3+ years experience with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
At least 2+ years experience with preparation of Forms 10K, 10Q and MD&A.Preferred Skills:

At least 3+ years of Public Accounting experience with strong SEC clients preferred.

Excellent communication and problem solving skills and the ability to work with senior leaders in the business groups and across finance.
