Manager, Sarbanes - Oxley
In this role you will manage on-going, worldwide Sarbanes - Oxley (SOX) projects. These will include the following:
Scoping and methodology updates
Processing owner interviewing and creation of process maps
Identifying and assessing process-level business risks and internal controls
Using and oversighting of Company Sarbox Portal Software
Tracking of internal control gaps and remediation steps
Project management and supervision of own work and assigned team
Coordinating of efforts with both internal and external resources
Formally and informally communicate with all levels of management
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this position, you must possess:

Minimum 7 to 10 years experience in similar position, financial analyst role, external or internal audit - CPA, CIA, or CISA a plus
Ability to be a strong leader, self-starter and comfortable in a very fast paced, ever-changing environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be very analytical but be able to determine and apply practical solutions to issues
