Manager Development & Analysis

More details on KCI can be found at www.kci1.com. Currently, our Finance department is seeking a Manager Development and Analysis. This position will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and bringing ideas for solutions for KCI USA financial business issues. Will also be responsible for developmental activities in MPC. Responsible for supporting executive management and handling ad hoc requests.

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

·Develop monthly process for procedures/communications regarding business financial issues.
·Develop and/or define tools for identifying issues.
·Lead analysts in defining issue, gathering conclusive data, and presenting issue to key stakeholder for resolution.
·Monitor resolution of issues.
·Special projects and ad hoc requests.
·MPC development
REQUIREMENTS
·MBA in Finance or Accounting. CPA preferred.
·5 years financial experience with at least 2 years in a key responsibility role.
·Other required skills include ability to analyze and develop financial models
·Lead people through a process, be committed to delivering quality product within deadlines
·Possess advanced Excel and Access skills
·Possess thorough understanding of general ledger accounting.
