MIS Analyst

Cardium Health, a growing disease management services company, partners with large employers to provide care management programs and services that promote a healthier workforce. We are expanding our Management Information & Reporting Department to include this business-critical position.Major responsibilities of the MIS Analyst position will include the following:•Create, test, generate, and maintain all reporting tools and utilities, including client reports, internal management reports, and reports used in sales and marketing.
•Extract data using SQL server to create tables, Excel spreadsheets, charts, and graphs.
•Perform claims data analysis to support the proposal process, to identify eligible candidates for service, and for internal management purposes.Cardium Health offers a competitive salary and benefits package and growth opportunity.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:•Minimum three years’ experience in claims analysis or other large-volume healthcare data analysis in insurance or information management environment
•Bachelor’s degree in information technology, economics, mathematics, or related field
