Job Description:
Minimum Qualifications


Must be eighteen years of age or older

Must pass the Drug Test

Must pass the Background Check

Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable


Education Required

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Physical Job Requirements

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.


Preferred Qualifications


Bachelors degree required; masters preferred

Experience in M&A, due diligence and integration preferred

Prior six sigma or auditing experience a plus

Bi-lingual preferred

Position Purpose

The Manager Finance Mergers/Acquisitions Integration is responsible for orchestration and execution of
integration events for various finance functions for individual acquisitions. At times, integration activities could span over numerous companies. The Manager is also responsible for establishing the core integration process and procedures.


Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities


The Manager has responsibility for overseeing resources deployed and assimilation activities for all finance
functional areas:

Financial risk assessment, adequacy of financial transactions and systems

Accuracy of G/L entries and impact on parent company financials

Integration of banking structure, arrangement of intercompany capital relationships and documentation

Preparation of financial and management reporting, controls of cash and financial reporting

Improvement of business and financial processes

Assessment and improvement of vendor financial terms
Continuous improvement of standardized integration plans


Nature and Scope


Typically reports to Director Finance
Mergers/Acquisitions Integration or Vice President and Treasurer

No direct responsibility for supervising others.
Environmental Job Requirements

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
