Loan Administration Specialist

Facilitate the funding of all finance contracts. Ensures all documentation is received and meets compliance with state and federal laws, as well as, company credit standards. Load all information into CMSI and book deals into PARADATA. Assist management and other areas of the office, allowing the flow of work and tasks to run more efficient and accurate. Essential Responsibilities: 1. Post payments for settlements and bankruptcies. 2. Code bankruptcies and send out dismissal letters. 3. Load loan contracts into CMSI system. 4. Submit invoices to corporate office for payment. 5. Write checks and maintain check log and documentation. 6. Input repossession information in repossession database. 7. Complete monthly branch reports. 8. Update credit reports when necessary. 9. Collect and submit weekly time reports. 10. Process incoming mail. 11. Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
1. High school diploma 2. One year office experience 3. Excellent computer skills 4. Knowledge of office equipment 5. Excellent problem solving skills 6. Good analytical ability 7. Excellent written and oral communication skills
