Job Description:
We have an exclusive marketing agreement with a 196 year old financial services company. We are looking to fill two sales positions. Job includes: sales, service, interview and maintain clientele base. Direct sales (meeting the client in person). Appointment setting. No experience necessary. Complete training program provided for the one call close. We have been providing high quality LEADS for over 16 years. We have leads available in Cook, Lake, Kane, Dupage, Mchenry, Winnabago, Will, and Kendell counties in Illinois and Racine,Kenosha,and Waukasha Counties in Wisconsin.Your never more than 30 minutes from home.

Compensation:
First year associates make between $50,000 to $75,000 plus bonuses. Second year associates make $60,000 to $90,000, plus bonuses.Commissions are advanced on submission of business and paid weekly. All of our associates enjoy an Exclusive Retirement Package with 100% matching funds. We also have a Bonus Program that pays annual bonuses of $4,000 to $33,000 and fully paid Yearly five star Conventions(vacations)to places like Ireland, Hawaii and the Caribbean.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
Must have strong work ethic and a desire to be successful!!! People person, outgoing, self motivated, assertive, goal oriented, organized, career minded, good communication skills, and a self-starter. Bilingual encouraged to apply. We prefer self-motivated people looking to start full-time in about 2-3 weeks. (Because of training)
