Leasing Associate

Leasing Associate needed for fast paced and growing commercial real estate and development company in North Atlanta. This position will be responsible for the leasing and lease renewals for retail properties including negotiation of lease terms.

This position will (but not be limited to):

·Develop marketing plans with the Senior VP of Leasing to improve cash flow for each property, discuss lease renewals, opportunities for the properties, etc.
·Oversee retail lease renewals to include the expansion, relocation and additional locations for existing tenants.
·Maintain and enhance existing tenant relationships including relationships with brokers.
·Originate, and edit lease documents or amendments with Legal Counsel.
·Show or coordinate showing of properties with brokers.
·Meet with prospective new tenants or existing tenants to sign documents.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements are: Must have current Georgia real estate license and a minimum of three years commercial real estate leasing experience. A four year degree in Real Estate or Business preferred.
