Our recruitment efforts are focused on high potential individuals who are looking for opportunities to learn and excel within a progressive and growing organization.We are currently searching for experienced LSR II’s to add to our dynamic Collections team reporting to the Assistant Manager. You’ll be responsible for answering customer questions, update account information, develop payment plans and receive payments. Also maintain customer relationships while curing delinquency and preventing departmental loss in the 31-60 department. Key responsibilities include:
Handle heavy incoming/outgoing calls to assist borrower(s), collect payments, and resolve problems. Uses Dialer up to 90% of time. Primarily responsible for front-end collections.

Consistently follows Triad Collection Guidelines and Procedures regarding initial contact, follow-up, and broken promises with both borrowers as well as vendors.

Completes assigned work list on a daily basis and within the Collection Work Flow. Daily call volume is to coincide with the daily completion of all assigned work list.

Sets, delivers and follows up on all departmental and individual goals for lowering delinquency. Keeps delinquency in line with department goals. Contacts delinquent accounts, tracks, and reports delinquencies to supervisor. May perform light skip duties.

Exhibits professional demeanor at all times. Maintains a “Team Spirit” attitude toward all Triad Financial Corp. employees, borrowers, dealers, and vendors.
The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 3 years with collection experience is required, preferably in the automotive industry.
Good customer service and telephone skills and the ability to influence and negotiate with customers.
Also be able to demonstrated problem solving skills, time management, and organizational skills. Good computer skills which include use of Word and Excel with the ability to communicate fluently in English. Typing a minimum of 25 words per minute in required. And good understanding of Collection laws.
