Junior Account Manager

JOB DUTIES:- Set up new lease information
- Resolve customer account issues/problems
- Daily data entry of lease information
- Perform credit analysis on new leases
- Provide quality customer service to vendors
- Responsible for ongoing communication with vendors
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required- Two years of Customer Service experience required
- Dedicated account experience a Plus
- Ideal candidate will have finance loan or lease experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Lotus Notes
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must speak fluent Spanish and English; must be articulate in both languages
