Jr. Cash Analyst

The Cash Analyst responsibilities include production activities related to daily receipts, disbursements and review of funds movements of the department. This may include wires/drafts/ACH/payments and maintaining account balances related to daily activities. Working with Client Services, Securities and Collateral Administration to resolve reconciling items. Monitoring account activity during month to identify problems as they occur. Performing reconciliation's of assigned cash and trust accounts. Reporting to management the status of assigned process and accounts and aging of all reconciling items. Reporting monthly income /expense for all accounts to SPG accounting department. Provide backup support to other department staff in the event of scheduled or unscheduled absence. Delivering value added customer service to our clients.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:Strong oral and written communication skills; strong analytical skills; good planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail; flexibility and adaptability to changing process requirements, basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Excel and Access; flexibility to overtime; ability to handle and accomplish multiple tasks effectively; a team player; excellent customer service skills; Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
* Preferred Skills:Experience in or general understanding of reconciliation theory.
