Investor Services Rep I – Data Processing

Position Summary:
To ensure each investor, broker/dealer, registered representative, custodian, internal client is provided with superior, value-added customer service. To accurately process new business purchases and maintenance changes in our data base in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with current policies and procedures. To support the capital market sales efforts by the sales team. Function successfully in a team based work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Review and work from electronic document images in an imaging system
Process new business in accordance with current procedures
Process account maintenance functions
Meet production and accuracy goals
Conduct professional, customer focused telephone conversations
Provide exceptional customer service to CNL’s broad base of external and internal clients
Respond to inbound investor requests
Review work for completeness and accuracy
Identify and resolve basic problems or escalate when appropriate
Resolve procedure and processing discrepancies
Participate in various special projects
Prioritize, monitor and manage workflows, operations, deadlines, and performance
Identify opportunities for improved operational efficiency and recommend methods to improve customer service and processes
Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance expectations are met at all times
Protect and ensure confidentiality of company and investor information
Participate in training courses, meetings and functions when appropriate

Work Schedule
