As a member of the financial planning and analysis operations team, provide the following key deliverables for assigned portfolios/legal entities:
Allocation of investment income to insurance product lines
Analysis of over/under funding of investment portfolios compared to insurance liability targets
Analysis investment portfolio results compared to prior periods and planned results
Short and long range forecasting of investment results
Cash flow forecasts for the investments portfolios
Ad Hoc analysis
Interface with portfolio managers, investment finance leaders and finance counterparts in insurance businesses and corporate to analyze and communicate investment resultsBasic Candidate Qualifications:
Strong analytical and communication skills
Finance and accounting background in a financial services environment
3-5 years experience
Initiative and desire to drive change and enhance processesPreferred Candidate Qualifications:
Experience in investments finance and analysis
Insurance company experience, preferably in investments finance
CPA, CFA or equivalent
