Deloitte's International Assignment Services (IAS) practice is one of the world's largest providers of expatriate tax services, serving more than 300 multinational organizations.  Our team can help companies operating internationally manage their expatriate tax issues and can assist in streamlining international assignment programs by providing cost-effective solutions. Our services include international policy design, program administration, tax equalization design and administration, tax compliance and planning, pre-departure and repatriation counseling, employee communications and more.
 
The International Human Resources (IHR) side of the IAS practice handles expatriate administration for our client companies and their expatriates. This includes international policy design, program administration, pre-departure and repatriation counseling, and employee
communications.
 
 IHR Managers should posses the following qualifications:
- Five or more years of expatriate administration.
- A bachelor's degree at a minimum.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
