Internal Wholesaler

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $65000 to $75000 per year PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Place outbound telephone calls into the sales territory that apply a knowledge of firms products and programs, the financial markets, industry publications, and the competitive landscape to improve the financial representative's understanding and propensity to distribute our mutual funds, annuities, and retirement plan products to their clients.
•Maintain, cultivate, and manage new business relationships within the sales territory in coordination with the field wholesaling representative.•Coordinate annual business plan with field sales that provides ample territory coverage on a representative and firm level.•Plan and deliver proactive and concise sales presentations via phone and occasional in-person meetings that support firm's products, marketing programs, and that are aligned with our client needs.•Develop prospect lists and profile producers to analyze product and business needs.
•Maintain an appropriate and effective telephone presence which enhances the image of the firm by building relationships within assigned territory, gathering and communicating accurate information, and gaining commitment from producers.•Attend and utilize training opportunities to develop the necessary sales skill sets and technical product knowledge to improve selling effectiveness and efficiencies.OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:•Track telephone sales presentations through use of our contact management system and meet the productivity standards established for the firm's Career Path Program.•Illustrate proficiency in leveraging technology systems and applications.•Meet all licensing and compliance standards of the firm and department.Founded in 1948, Robert Half Finance & Accounting pioneered financial recruitment and today is the worldwide leader in the field.
