Internal Auditor

Industry leader in seeks a Senior Internal Auditor to play a key role in assisting ongoing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts, particularly in documentation and testing.Primary job responsibilities are assisting Internal Audit with their Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts, including preparing process documentation, designing and testing internal controls, reporting audit findings, monitoring remediation efforts, conducting risk assessment reviews, and planning audits. Audits may be conducted in the financial and IT areas. Other duties will include conducting as-needed and special project audits, assisting with ERP implementation, conducting due diligence reviews, writing/reviewing policy and procedure documents and preparing ad-hoc reports for management. Some international travel may be required.Minimum 2-4 years accounting/audit experience; minimum 1-2 years audit experience. IT audit and SOX experience a plus. Exceptional candidates with less than the required experience will be considered. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bachelor degree in accounting or related field required.
