Internal Audit Manager: strategic role with less travel

As Internal Audit Manager for the ViewSonic Corporation, your priority initiative will be to bring us into compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404. Initially, you'll spend about 75% of your time on this project and travel as much as 40% of the time among our various locations around the globe (including Europe, Taiwan and China). Once you have established the processes for SOX 404 compliance, you'll then transition into a more strategic role with less travel (only about 20%) where you will focus on identifying new controls and process improvements for our organization.

REQUIREMENTS
* 5+ years of experience in public accounting and/or internal audit experience
* CPA, along with a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
* Extensive knowledge of the COSO framework and GAAS standards
* Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
* Strong analytical abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to travel internationally
