Integrated Nylon Financial Analysis Lead

Primary Accountabilities
•Provide effective and objective financial and business analysis to the Integrated Nylon platform
•Responsible for the identification and collection of appropriate external and internal data for financial analysis of strategic options, alternatives or new projects for any Integrated Nylon business or function.
•Responsible for communicating such data and appropriate analysis to businesses or functions to help drive understanding of current business environment, developing trends or opportunities.
•Responsible for developing mechanism to maintain data and analysis to provide easy access/retrieval and ensure consistent application of analysis across Integrated Nylon.
•Will be considered a key resource for financial analysis techniques in Integrated Nylon and have ability to utilize ideas from other SOI businesses, other industries or business environments
•Must be proficient in the use of proper research techniques to gather data, perform analysis, document and communicate findings.
•Will work and partner with Business Analysis group to identify analysis needs and be a resource in completing key project
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Skills/Qualifications/Competencies
•5 years of overall business and/or financial analysis experience
•Very strong written and oral communication skills
•Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Economics
•Must be energetic, proactive and a self-starter.
•Confident and has ability to deal with ambiguity
•Very strong analytical skills, PC skills and ERP system aptitude
•Must have experience with financial modeling and business valuation

Desired Skills/Qualifications/Competencies
•Investment Banking experience
•Manufacturing experience, Chemicals preferred
•Driven to excel in customer support with questioning attitude
•Experience with Global businesses and/or companies
•Both Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Economics and an MBA
