This position is responsible for all post sale support for insurance and annuity products. Candidate will also be responsible for other operational procedures that are essential to ensure the functioning of the department.
Principal responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Product reconciliation and trade settlement

Daily posting of positions received from Insurance Carriers

Networking of insurance policies to client accounts

Heavy phone inquires

Researching and resolving discrepancies in client accounts

Special independent projectsSkills Required
The incumbent should possess strong organizational skills, be a proven team player and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. The candidate must possess strong PC and analytical skills and the ability to quickly acquire, develop and work autonomously.Skills Desired
Bachelor's Degree and/or related experience.
Multi-task oriented.
Meticulous attention to detail is essential
