Institutional Sales Trader

We are an institutional boutique in Stamford, CT. specializing in equities and derivatives. Over the last twenty years, we have developed a loyal client base attracted by our quality executions, timely trading ideas and commitment to our customers' satisfaction. We are looking for a small number of sales traders with existing relationships within the institutional/hedge fund/high net worth community. We offer a generous commission structure, as well as the possibility of a draw.
REQUIREMENTS
Some institutional relationships to develop business with.
Experience with the equity markets, both trading and trends.
Clean regulatory background with Series 7 license.
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
Interest in prospecting and using contacts to grow business.
Comfort in working in a casual, collegial firm in North Stamford, Ct.
