We are currently seeking candidates to fill Inside Account Executive positions.

This position is responsible for generating new broker business and maintaining strong relationships with existing brokers.

Essential Functions:
• Generate Wholesale non-conforming loans through brokers
• Prospect new business and generate leads from brokers
• Grow existing territory through networking, cold calls and prospecting
• Work with brokers and our operations staff to insure quality of loan
• Achieve sales results by maintaining and developing strong relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
• Previous Sales Experience
• Two years of non-conforming lending experience required
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Patience, tolerance and resilience
• Ability to interact successfully at all levels
• Good listener with the ability to apply knowledge gained.
