Summary:
This person will be responsible for the compilation and presentation of Bearing Points DCAA Incurred Cost Submission.
Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for all phases of the compilation of Bearing Points DCAA Incurred Costs Submission. In addition, this person will guide and direct 2 other individuals in the accomplishment of that task.
Basic Qualifications:
An accounting degree or 8+ years of work experience in related work field.
At least 3 years work experience in cost accounting.
At least 3 years experience working with Excel and Access.
At least 3 years experience working with the DCAA Incurred Cost Submissions.
At least 3+ years experience in the following areas: Indirect Rates, Pools and Bases, and allocation of costs from Home Office Segments and Intermediate Cost Pools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a multi-billion dollar organization with multiple business lines.
Ability to able to create a relational data base model, and understand setting up tables, queries, and manipulation of large amounts of data in Access.
1+ year experience in any of the following systems: ODBC Drivers, TOAD, Brio, Business Objects.
Outstanding leadership, negotiation and communication skills in addition to project management and implementation skills.
Ability to establish influential partnerships at assigned levels.
Ability to adapt and support functional strategies.
