Mobilize and facilitate cross-functional project teams to ensure successful completion of projects with seamless integration in all functional areas which meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.
Plan, track, and control projects from conception through completion on time and on budget.
Design, develop, and maintain project plans including work breakdown structure, resource requirements, and cost analysis.
Analyze potential problem areas / risks and proactively plan for project implementation obstacles. -Identify resources needed outside of core team to meet objectives and assemble teams.
Maintain competitiveness and profitability of immediate annuity business Collaborate with distribution / sales force for growth Proactively partner with Sales Teams to develop solutions that support the organizations expansion as an income company and drive bottom line growth.
Work with channel to convert customer requirements in to product designs.
Be the immediate annuity insurance product specialist that will support the channel to achieve greater product penetration.Prepare and deliver presentations, training on behalf of distribution channels. Be the immediate annuity specialistBasic Qualifications:
2+ years project management and process analysis experience. 2 to 4 years financial services industry experience, especially with insurance and investment products.Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
5 to 10 years financial services industry experience, especially with insurance and investment products. 5+ years project management and process analysis experience.
