Hedge Fund Research Analyst

We are recruiting Managing Directors for Asset Management positions. Directors will join as Partners and key members of our clients senior management teams. He or she will be involved in all strategic management and investment decisions and will have primary responsibility for the operating performance and value enhancement of the firm’s real estate assets, directly and through the management of the firm’s joint venture relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful referrals will be strong investment professionals who can integrate comfortably into, and add significant value. Required experience, skills and attributes include: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience including broad private equity real estate investment and operating experience; a detail-oriented, quantitative approach to the business, coupled with the ability to assume a broad, long-term owner’s perspective; significant hands-on experience in adding value to real estate assets through leasing, expansion, redevelopment, and development; and experience with a wide range of property types with and emphasis on alternative assets.
