We seek an analytical professional to take on a key role in our Healthcare Economics division. This position, focused on vendor relationships, offers plenty of variety and advancement potential, as well as unrivaled exposure to multiple facets of our thriving managed care system.

Primary responsibilities of the Healthcare Analyst include:

•Providing a wide scope of oversight for our relationships with 2-3 external vendors
•Working with contract renewals and ensuring vendor performance guarantees are met
•Creating financial models to evaluate vendor performance and medical cost structures
•Monitoring all aspects of our contracting activities with vendors
•Analyzing data and working on ad hoc reporting projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

Healthcare and project management experience is required, and candidates must have an understanding of healthcare terminology. Work experience in an analytical role is essential. Preferred candidates would have an understanding of general accounting principles. A Bachelor's degree is a must. PC proficiency is crucial, preferably with SQL, SAS and VB.
