HR Assistant - HRIS Data Reporting

Human Resources Assistant Needed For Florham Park Location of Financial Institution. Candidate will be responsible for assisting Human Resources Department general administrative responsibilities as well as perform daily maintenance and upgrading of information on HR database. Additional responsibilities include, report composition, performance evaluation. As well as HRIS duties.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements are: 2 to 3 years of HRIS data reporting experience. Experience with PeopleSoft HRIS system, Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experienced in producing and analyzing a variety of HR management reports on various employee demographics (e.g. headcount, diversity statistics, performance management, etc.).
